Sun & Moon and Cosmic Flow
The New Year is coming. Let’s celebrate like yogis do – with Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting & Philosophy.
On New Year’s Eve we will close the year with a sun & moon flow. Let’s move, sweat, stretch, meditate and chant together. We will release everything in the old year we don’t want to take with us.
Only a couple of hours later we will meet again in the New Year’s cosmic flow. We will start gently, focus on our breath, begin with soft movements, chant and set intentions for 2026.
We will have several teachers from all over the world with special qualifications and so the best of all will come together.
